Privacy Policy

Last updated: August 15, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how Bamonick Games, operated by Mücahid Yücedal in Türkiye (“Bamonick Games”, “we”, “us”), collects, uses, shares and protects information when you use Silky Reveal (the “Game”) or visit bamonickgames.com.

1. Information we collect

Depending on how you use the Game, we may process:

• Device and app information: a game-specific device identifier, platform, operating system, app version, language, notification token, IP address and technical identifiers.
• Profile and gameplay information: nickname, level progress, stars, tickets, power-ups, mini-game progress, accepted uploads, moderation status and related timestamps.
• User-submitted content: photos or images you choose to upload, cropped versions, optional social or store links and information associated with a level request.
• Purchases: product, transaction and purchase-validation information. Apple or Google handles payment credentials; we do not receive your full card details.
• Analytics and diagnostics: gameplay events, interactions, device and app performance information, crash logs and diagnostic data.
• Support information: messages and any information you provide when contacting us.

2. How we use information

• Provide the Game, save progress and operate gameplay, upload and community-level features.
• Validate in-app purchases and maintain virtual items and entitlements.
• Review submitted content, enforce our rules, prevent abuse and protect players.
• Send service notifications when enabled.
• Measure usage, diagnose crashes, improve performance and develop features.
• Display and measure advertising, subject to your choices and applicable law.
• Respond to support, privacy and deletion requests and comply with legal obligations.

3. Advertising and consent

Silky Reveal uses Google AdMob. AdMob and its advertising partners may process identifiers, IP address, device information, ad interactions and approximate location derived from an IP address to deliver, limit, measure or personalize advertising. Where required in the EEA, United Kingdom and Switzerland, the Game presents a consent message before personalized advertising or related storage is used. You may accept, reject or manage the available choices. Apple’s App Tracking Transparency permission is requested where Apple requires it. See Privacy Choices for more information.

4. Analytics, crash reporting and notifications

We use Google Firebase Analytics to understand how the Game is used, Firebase Crashlytics to diagnose crashes and technical problems, and Firebase Cloud Messaging to deliver notifications. These services may process app-instance identifiers, device and app information, usage events, crash data, notification tokens and related technical information.

5. Images, artificial intelligence and moderation

When you voluntarily submit an image to create or propose a level, the image is transmitted for processing and moderation. We use OpenAI services to help review whether submitted content may contain prohibited or unsafe material, including sexual or violent content. This automated review may be supplemented by human review. We also use software hosted on a server we operate that incorporates Meta’s open-source Segment Anything Model (SAM) to segment the image for gameplay processing. SAM processing through our server does not mean Meta receives the submitted image from us. Do not upload sensitive personal information or content you do not have the right to share.

6. When information is shared

We share information only as needed with service providers that help us operate the Game, including:

• Amazon Web Services (AWS): application hosting, databases, storage and backend processing.
• Google: AdMob, Firebase Analytics, Crashlytics, Cloud Messaging and Google Play purchase processing.
• Apple: App Store purchase processing and platform services.
• OpenAI: automated review of user-submitted images for content safety.

Approved community-level content, its associated nickname and optional link may be made visible to other players. We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect rights and safety, or as part of a business transfer. We do not sell personal information.

7. Legal bases for EEA, UK and Swiss users

Where applicable, we rely on performance of a contract to provide requested game features; legitimate interests to secure, moderate, diagnose and improve the Game; consent for personalized advertising and other processing where consent is required; and legal obligations for required records. You may withdraw consent at any time without affecting processing already carried out.

8. Retention

We retain game profile and progress information while it is needed to provide the Game. Uploads and moderation records may be retained while content is active and for a reasonable period afterward for moderation, security and dispute handling. Analytics, crash and advertising information is retained according to our provider settings and policies. Purchase and transaction records may be retained as necessary for fraud prevention, accounting and legal compliance. When information is no longer needed, we delete or de-identify it.

9. Your rights and choices

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict or object to processing, withdraw consent, request portability and complain to a data protection authority. You can request deletion through our Data Deletion page and learn about advertising controls on our Privacy Choices page.

10. Children

Silky Reveal is not directed to children under 13, or under the minimum age required by local law. We do not knowingly collect personal information from a child without legally required parental consent. A parent or guardian who believes a child provided personal information may contact us to request its removal.

11. Security and international transfers

We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards. No online system is completely secure. Information may be processed in Türkiye, the United States or other countries where our providers operate. Where required, providers use appropriate safeguards for international transfers.

12. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the Game, our providers or legal requirements change. We will post the revised policy here and update the date above. Material changes may also be communicated in the Game.
