BamonickPrivacy request
Delete your data
You may request deletion of data associated with your Silky Reveal installation. Silky Reveal currently identifies game data by a device-based game identifier rather than a traditional email-and-password account.
How to submit a request
- Email privacy@bamonickgames.com with the subject “Silky Reveal Data Deletion Request”.
- Include your in-game nickname, platform (iOS or Android), and the device/game identifier shown in the Game’s profile or support area, if available.
- We may ask for limited additional information to verify that the request relates to your data. Never email us your password, full payment-card details or store password.
Associated profile information, game progress, notification token, eligible upload and moderation records, uploaded images still under our control, and other game data that is not subject to a valid retention requirement.
Data we may retain
We may retain limited purchase, security, fraud-prevention or legal records when required or permitted by law. We may also retain de-identified information that can no longer reasonably identify or be linked to you. Apple and Google control transaction records held in their own systems.
What happens next
We will acknowledge your request and process a verified request within the period required by applicable law. Deletion is permanent and may remove progress, tickets, virtual items and access to submitted content. Deleting game data does not automatically cancel an App Store or Google Play subscription, if one exists.
