Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of Silky Reveal and related services provided by Bamonick Games, operated by Mücahid Yücedal in Türkiye. By downloading, accessing or using the Game, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Game.

1. Eligibility

You must be legally capable of agreeing to these Terms. If you are under the age of legal majority where you live, a parent or guardian must review and agree to these Terms on your behalf.

2. License to use the Game

We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Game for lawful, non-commercial entertainment purposes, subject to these Terms and applicable store rules. You may not copy, sell, reverse engineer, interfere with, exploit or distribute the Game except where applicable law expressly permits it.

3. Game progress and virtual items

Stars, tickets, power-ups and other virtual items are licensed digital features, have no real-world monetary value and cannot be exchanged for cash. We may adjust virtual items, balancing, levels and features when reasonably necessary to operate or improve the Game. Game progress may be associated with a device-based game identifier and may be lost after deletion, device replacement or technical failure if no supported recovery method is available.

4. Purchases

In-app purchases are processed by Apple App Store or Google Play and are also subject to their terms. Prices and available products may vary by platform or region. Refund requests are handled according to the applicable store’s policies and mandatory consumer law. You are responsible for purchases made through your store account unless applicable law provides otherwise.

5. User-submitted content

You retain ownership of content you submit. By uploading an image, nickname or link for a level or community feature, you grant Bamonick Games a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, adapt for technical formatting and gameplay, moderate, display and distribute that content within the Game and related promotion of the submitted level. This license lasts while the content is used by the service and for a reasonable backup, legal or operational period afterward.

You confirm that you own or have permission to submit the content and that it does not violate privacy, publicity, copyright or other rights. Do not submit illegal content; sexual or exploitative content; graphic violence; hate or harassment; malware; deceptive links; sensitive personal information; or images of children where you lack appropriate permission. Automated systems, including artificial intelligence, and human reviewers may inspect submissions. We may reject, remove or restrict content at our discretion to protect players and the service.

6. Acceptable use

You must not cheat, automate gameplay, exploit bugs, bypass security, impersonate others, manipulate purchases or virtual items, overload our systems, scrape content, or use the Game to distribute unlawful or harmful material. We may suspend access, block a device or remove content when reasonably necessary to investigate or address misuse.

7. Advertising and third-party services

The Game may display third-party advertising and may link to third-party services. Those services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for third-party content or services, although this does not limit rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

8. Intellectual property

The Game, characters, artwork, software, design, text, branding and other materials supplied by Bamonick Games are owned by us or our licensors and protected by intellectual-property laws. No rights are granted except the limited license stated in these Terms.

9. Updates and availability

We may update, modify, suspend or discontinue all or part of the Game. Online features require internet access and may occasionally be unavailable for maintenance, security or circumstances beyond our reasonable control. We do not promise that every feature or user submission will remain available permanently.

10. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The Game is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bamonick Games is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses arising from use of the Game. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability, warranties or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

11. Termination

You may stop using the Game at any time and may request deletion of eligible data. We may restrict or terminate access for a material or repeated breach of these Terms, unlawful activity, security risk or harm to other users. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will remain effective.

12. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of Türkiye, without depriving consumers of mandatory protections available in their country of residence. Courts and authorities with mandatory jurisdiction remain available. Please contact us first so we can try to resolve a concern informally.

13. Changes

We may update these Terms when the Game, our practices or legal requirements change. We will post the revised Terms and update the date above. Continued use after an update takes effect means you accept the revised Terms where permitted by law.
